Role Description
Responsibilities Asamemberofaninterdisciplinaryteam,thePeerHealthNavigatorprovidesquality patientcarewithinthescopeofprofessionalpeersupporttopatientsandfamilies experiencingsignificantbarrierstotraditionalhealthcare. Qualifications PeerSupportTraining Lived/livingexperienceofhomelessness,substanceusedisorder,and/ormental illness Workexperiencewithmarginalizedpopulationswiththeabilitytoempathizewith awidevarietyofchallengingexperiencesinacaring,non-judgmentalmanner Abilitytoworkindependently,interdependently,andco-operativelyinabusy multi-disciplinarysituation Demonstratedteaching,communication,interpersonal,andteam-buildingskills.
