Role Description
Bilingual - People Team (People Administrator)
Responsibilities
- Utilize Worley applicant tracking system as well as external tools (social media, job boards, texting system) to reach a qualified applicant pool.
- Maintains close contact recruiters and applicants to ensure strict compliance with wage and hour, AA/EEOC, Sarbanes/Oxley, OFCCP, FMLA and ADA rules and regulations.
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of administration experience
- Experience with maintaining benefits, conducting new hire processing, and knowledge of general employment laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline from an accredited four-year college or university
