Our client is looking for a skilled HRIS Analyst to enhance their data reporting capabilities. With a focus on HRIS and people systems, you will work closely with the People and Finance teams to analyze workforce data. Your insights will drive recruitment, compensation analytics, and performance metrics for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain data integrity and security across HRIS systems
• Collaborate with finance to analyze insightful workforce data
• Design intuitive dashboards for performance analytics
• Support HR system upgrades and configurations
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in HR, IT, or related field
• 3-5 years of HRIS and reporting experience
• Familiarity with UKG or Workday is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
