People & Culture Partner — LATAM (M&S & R&D)

Link-Worldwide is looking for a People and Culture (P&C) Business Partner in Mexico City. This role will support Manufacturing and Supply Chain operations and Research and Development functions, driving Sanofi's people strategy.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of HR experience, a bachelor’s degree in human resources, and must be fluent in English and Spanish. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across various levels of the organization are essential.
