Responsibilities
- Deliver Mondelēz International Perfect Store agenda, identifying growth potentials via customer & shopper analysis and implementing actionable measures.
- Design Picture of Success for key customers regarding shelf, secondary placement and promotion efficiency.
- Lead Category Management projects with key customers.
- Equip sales teams with materials and tools, train and steer them to efficiently execute perfect store related topics and support annual trade negotiations.
- Develop plans and ideas to drive and improve future business around perfect store themes.
- Collaborate closely with multiple internal functions and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- More than 8 years of experience in Perfect Store, Sales, Trade Marketing, and Insights & Analytics in FMCG companies.
