Role Description
Job Title: Performance Testing Specialist
Location: Toronto, ON
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days/week WFO)
Employment Type: Contract
Duration: 06-12 months

Pay Rate: CAD 45-48/hour Incorporated

SKILLS REQUIRED
5+ years of exp in performance testing with tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling
Should have good experience in performance test planning, execution, analysis, and reporting
Familiar with CI/CD integration and performance testing in Agile/DevOps environments
Knowledge of cloud based and distributed applications (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Knowledge of monitoring and profiling tools (APM, logs, system metrics, database performance)
