Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic initiatives and improvements/innovations with respect to performance testing and engineering.
Define Non-Functional Requirements and conduct volumetric analysis independently.
Drive and handle both release-based and program-based performance engineering tasks.
Drill down into performance issues with multi-tier investigation and conduct root cause analysis, providing recommendations.
Proficient in performance scripting tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Neoload etc.
Use APM tools (Splunk, Grafana, Datadog) to monitor real-time performance and identify system trends.
Develop performance baselines and KPIs to measure ongoing system health.
Communicate performance updates, issues, risks, and solutions to stakeholders and leadership in a clear and timely manner.
