Permit Master - Growth & Market Expansion

CSP is expanding — and we're looking for a relentless, strategic, and resourceful Permit Master to help us unlock new territory.

This is not an administrative role.

This is a growth role .

You will be responsible for identifying new expansion markets, aggressively sourcing high‑quality facilities (schools, sports complexes, gyms, community centres, etc.), and securing & managing the permits that allow CSP to run sports sessions in those spaces.

If you love hunting for opportunities, negotiating access, and turning blank maps into active territories — this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Market Research & Expansion Strategy

• Identify high‑opportunity neighborhoods and municipalities for CSP expansion
• Analyze demographics, competition, demand, and facility availability
• Build expansion shortlists and rollout plans
• Present findings with clear ROI potential
