This is a fully remote role for someone who understands legal intake, knows how to qualify injury cases, and can help turn more leads into signed cases. We already have team members handling intakes and backend follow-up. We are looking for someone who can come in, manage the day-to-day intake process, coach the team, improve follow-up, and increase the number of qualified cases we sign.
