The Opportunity

The Personal Support Worker (PSW) is responsible for providing care to residents according to their care plans and assisting in identifying resident needs. The PSW helps maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, and other staff members.

What You Will Do

• Assist in monitoring the care given to residents, ensuring it aligns with the established plan of care by observing residents and reporting findings to the immediate supervisor.
• Assist in documenting information pertaining to the care of residents as directed.
• Attend in‑service education sessions, staff meetings, and workshops as directed.
• Assist in onboarding new staff as directed.
• Follow IPAC (Infection Prevention and Control) policies and procedures.
