Position Summary
Under the supervision of the course coordinator, the teaching assistant (TA) will support instruction and student engagement in the Bachelor of Nursing program on topics such as evidence‑based practice, research methods and knowledge transfer.
Responsibilities
- Employ learner‑centered pedagogical approaches.
- Mobilize students, invited speakers and other resources to deliver stimulating lectures, readings and learning activities, and discuss relevant nursing research findings.
- Demonstrate openness to and knowledge of various research designs and methods.
- Participate in teaching and assessment of undergraduate students in the course.
Qualifications
