Role Description
Become a Pet Memorial Operations Team Member and help honor pets in our Care Center. This role emphasizes compassion and quality in all memorial processes.
Reporting to the Operations Care Center Manager, the Operations Team Member will handle various responsibilities, such as using the retort, creating paw prints, and packaging memorial products. Your past experience in the service industry will allow you to deliver excellent service while maintaining cremation goals with empathy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate retort machinery and manage memorial item creation
• Process and package cremated remains with care
• Keep equipment clean and safe, ensuring functionality
• Conduct monitoring of day-to-day operations
• Follow safety protocols diligently
