Position Summary

Work Schedule: 12‑hour rotating continental shifts (Days and Nights). 100% on‑site at the Strathroy site. Location: Strathroy, Ontario, one of two Canadian sites offering softgel development and manufacturing capabilities for the Pharmaceutical and Consumer Health industries. Full‑service turnkey solutions covering formulation, manufacturing, analytical, and packaging services.

Reporting to the Department Supervisor, the operator is responsible for set‑up and operation of encapsulation machines as per Standard Operating Procedures and safety requirements, producing consistent, high‑quality product in accordance with master batch production records and Good Manufacturing Practices.
