Pick & Pack Junior Manager – Monterrey, MX
Sola Wood Flowers is looking for a Pick & Pack Junior Manager to join our team in Monterrey, Mexico.
In this role, you will help oversee the day-to-day pick, pack, and shipping operations at our facility.
You'll work closely with our operations team to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, while helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
We are open on experience level and comfortable hiring someone with between 2 to 5+ years of relevant work experience.
Prior experience in warehousing, fulfillment, or light manufacturing is preferred but not required; attitude, work ethic, and cultural fit matter most.
Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating daily pick, pack, and shipping workflows to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on schedule.
