Role Description
reformher is hiring an additional part-time Pilates Coach to join our founding team ahead of our studio opening this June.
We’re looking for someone with some Pilates experience who is excited to grow within a modern, system-led studio environment. This role is ideal for someone who already has a foundation in Pilates, movement, or fitness and wants to be part of something new from the beginning.
This is not a freelance teaching role. We are building a calm, intentional member experience with clear systems, strong coaching standards, and long-term growth opportunities.
About the Role
As a Pilates Coach at reformher, you will support members through guided reformer sessions, assist with first-time orientations, and help create a welcoming studio environment.
You will be trained in the reformher method, class structure, and studio systems while bringing your own energy, professionalism, and movement knowledge to the space.
