Planner Scheduler

Reporting to the Director of Operations (Northern Buildings Group), the Planner/Scheduler is responsible for working closely with the commercial and operations groups on planning, scheduling, forecasting, and schedule risk management. The role is based out of the south Edmonton office.

Responsibilities

• Lead baseline schedule development and maintenance effort.
• Validate baseline information.
• Assist the Project Manager to update schedule on a weekly basis, by assessing actual work done in the field and analyzing effort expended.
• Perform critical path analysis.
• Provide analysis of schedule data to identify key project issues.
• Assist in coordinating schedule inputs from all parts of the project.
• Identify and analyze schedule variances and recommend associated corrective actions.
• Assist the Project Manager to present the project schedule to the client.
