Planning Advisor (Monterrey)

Role Purpose

Responsible for ensuring a positive customer journey by providing a high level of specialist support in client relationship management as the single point of contact for planning to certification production through to invoice. Guiding and undertaking a range of complex activities, resolving complex queries for customers by being a professional sparring partner for the (Key/Major) Client and actively participating in (monthly/quarterly) review meetings with the client.

Responsibilities

• Plan assessors on audits according to codes, qualifications, locations, and costs.
• Define KPIs according to region, standards, and clients.
• Be able to multitask and stay organized.
• Run and understand regular reports using Power BI.
• Position requires strong communication skills within an integral company.
