Plant Controller: Strategic Finance & Margin Champion

Empresa Confidencial in Monterrey is seeking a Controller to manage the P&L, Balance sheet, and Cash flow of the plant. You will prepare budgets and forecasts while ensuring timely reporting to the Corporation.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of finance experience, particularly in a manufacturing environment, and possesses strong analytical and communication skills.

We expect you to be a self-starter, capable of working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
