General objective of the position :Sales and promotion of the company's PGR products.Main responsibilities of the position:- sales cover northern areas where PGR product crops are used.
- complete the company's annual sales objective for PGR.
- help customers understand and use the company's PGR products.
- Follow customer needs, assist customers, and convey the value and benefits of the company's products with professional knowledge.
- Follow-up with customers, visits / Visit farmers to understand the real needs and solve farmers' problems.
- Report to the General Manager on the sales and market situation in the form of a weekly report.
- Report on sales at monthly meetings and gather market information.
- Meet annual sales targets for that year and plan for next year's sales.
