Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Plant Manager to oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations at our clients facility. The ideal candidate will be reporting to the VP, Operations, and the Plant Manager is responsible for driving continuous improvement across all aspects of manufacturing, logistics, quality and service to optimize plant performance.
The Plant Manager is responsible for leading a team of people to exceed and deliver on key performance indicators for cost, safety and regulatory compliance, maintenance and engineering, environment, quality, and customer service.
Location: Edmonton, AB
Salary: $120,000 - $130,000/year
