Role Description

Introduction:

To lead and manage the entire production facility, ensuring that all manufacturing operations are executed efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with company policies and international quality standards. The Plant Director is responsible for optimizing resources to achieve production targets while maintaining the highest levels of product quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee all factory operations, including raw material intake (Silos), mixing, extrusion, pelleting, and automated packaging lines.
  • Production Strategy: Execute production plans to meet company targets, ensuring optimal capacity planning and minimizing operational downtime.
