Lead all plant operations including fabrication, welding, assembly, maintenance, and logistics.
Convert demand and S&OP; into executable production plans; manage capacity and resources across two facilities.
Ensure KPIs and daily management systems are met and continuously improved.
Drive zero‐incident safety and maintain regulatory compliance.
Guarantee quality at source and implement effective corrective actions.
Plan and execute process and product transfers from the U.S.; validate tooling and ensure launch readiness.
