, you will work closely with customers to support the export process and ensure quality delivery.
Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Issue and control the export process and communicate with the customer to validate ratings.
Control shipped pieces and validity dates of shipments.
Analyze, understand and anticipate customer needs, ensuring these are reflected in production activities.
Schedule inland export freight and track inland export shipments.
Send export documents to customers and inter‐companies.
Send documents and letters of instruction to customs brokers.
Send export documents to carriers.
Review documents received from the customs broker (export operations).
Generate messaging guides and necessary documentation.
Coordinate domestic and export customer routes.
Coordinate with carriers the deliveries of export boxes.
