The technical voice of JuP1 to the CoCs, strong technical support for the value streams and at the same time a guiding hand for process standards. Central reference for process definitions at JuP1.

• Close contact to international competence centers
• Active participation in process definition meetings at lead plants
• Ensure process‑specific standards and know‑how exchange across platforms
• Support value stream engineering teams
• Improve process stability and efficiency
• Coaching and knowledge deployment to the VS engineers
• Support new product launches with technical know‑how
