Key Responsibilities
PLC & Control System Management
Manage and maintain PLC systems, HMI/SCADA interfaces, and communication networks of EPB TBMs and backup systems.Diagnose and rectify PLC, automation, and control?related faults to minimize TBM downtime.Monitor real?time TBM data, alarms, and trends to identify system abnormalities and performance issues.Ensure proper functioning of sensors, instrumentation, encoders, and feedback systems integrated with the PLC.Operational Support
Provide technical support to TBM Operators, Shift Managers, and Engineers for control?system?related issues.Support commissioning, start?up, and troubleshooting of TBMs and auxiliary systems.Assist in adjusting control logic and parameter settings in coordination with TBM OEMs and tunnel management.Coordination with OEMs & Contractors
