Plumber

About the role

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Plumber is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for a variety of facilities and systems at our Elkview Operation. This is a full-time hourly position with an attractive 4x4 day shift schedule. The position is site-based at our operations in the Elk Valley, and reliable commuting to or relocation near Sparwood, B.C. is required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies
• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for a variety of facilities throughout the entire site
• Proactively diagnose facility deficiencies and support coordination of those maintenance requirements through the maintenance supervisor
• Maintain the Sewage Treatment Plant and Potable Water System
