Role Description

We are seeking a Product Management Associate (PMA) to support leadership across marketing, product, and sales functions for the Electrophysiology brand in the Southern Cluster (Argentina, Chile, Peru & Ecuador). The role reports to the senior product manager and directly influences the product development lifecycle, market positioning, and strategic roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Supervise individual contributors and/or supervisors, ensuring effective performance management.
• Establish foundational processes for tactical and operational strategic marketing plans and communicate project direction.
• Coordinate cross‑functional resources to drive progress toward performance goals, focusing on the “Patient Care Pathway” for Electrophysiology.
