Responsibilities

Support the Training & Adoption Lead

Track activities, dependencies, milestones, risks, and open points

Coordinate across workstreams

Ensure training and adoption topics are properly followed up and not lost between teams

Prepare and structure briefings, updates, and governance-related inputs

Support rollout readiness, communication alignment, and training tracking

Bring transparency to status, ownership, and next steps

Proactively identify gaps and suggest workable solutions

Support the lead as a reliable senior counterpart / “pair of hands” in day-to-day orchestration
