Role Description
As a Sales Operations Intern at Lenovo, you will support the regional Sales Operations team for PCs in Latin America. You will participate in the end-to-end tracking of the sales process, from forecasting to final delivery. The role focuses on coordination, ticket management, reporting, and communication with internal teams and partners.
Key Responsibilities- Support the end-to-end sales process, from purchase order to product delivery.
- Generate order status reports for customers, global teams, and Business Partners.
- Create and manage tickets in internal systems (Dynamics), including A/R Requests, Order Change Requests, and Data Steward cases.
- Prepare daily operational reports (e.g., adapters report), ensuring up-to-date information availability.
- Send relevant commercial documentation (invoices, credit notes, packing lists, serial numbers, among others).
