Role Description
Assist in patient rehabilitation as a Registered Practical Nurse at St. Joseph's Health Centre Guelph. Play a key role in patient care and staff direction to meet established goals.
This role requires you to deliver nursing services in alignment with the standards of the College of Nurses of Ontario. You will oversee care for less complex patients and work closely with RNs and support services. Your input will be valuable in achieving successful client outcomes and driving the mission of St. Joseph's Health Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and provide care for less-complex clients
• Collaborate with RNs for complex case management
• Develop individualized care plans and assess outcomes
• Implement elements of established health programs
• Serve as a preceptor for nursing students
