Position Title MiBRP Trainee 
Position Objective Give support and answers to hourly and salary employees through our different contact channels, answering questions regarding HR processes.

Contact with HR departments to solve questions of employees 
Case management through Salesforce 
Follow up on projects of the department 
Contributions For The Area Employee experience for hourly and salary employees, keeping the KPIs in the level expected
