You will take on a hands-on approach, managing the entire process from project planning to ensuring successful go-lives. Your expertise will provide clients with critical insights on product capabilities while fostering strong relationships with their teams. You'll be tasked with addressing client concerns effectively, thereby enhancing overall satisfaction.
