This role is suited to an experienced school leader ready to balance strategic authority with visible, relational leadership. The school is based approximately 30 minutes from Shepparton, you'll guide teaching quality, wellbeing, and operations across a multi-year campus, with the mandate to make decisions that matter-for staff, students, and families.

Reporting to senior leaders, you'll hold responsibility across instructional leadership, campus operations, and culture, while being supported by a broader organisational structure that provides stability, expertise, and resources.
