Role Description
Shape the future of private asset management with Citco as a Private Equity Investor Relations Manager. You will handle client relationships and lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional service.
As part of Citco’s Asset Management team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with private equity clients and collaborating with various operational teams. Your experience will ensure compliance with investor agreements and enhance the client experience while overseeing the audit process and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage overall client relationships in Private Equity
• Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, and Legal groups
• Review partnership agreements and fund documentation
• Direct the external audit process for smooth operations
• Guide and develop a team of Investor Relations Specialists
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5-7 years of relevant Hedge Fund/Private Assets experience
