Role Description
Join Bloom Energy's NPI Stack Team as a Process Development Engineer in San Jose, CA. Your role will focus on developing processes for new stack designs and materials for fuel cells.
This role is fully on-site and reports to the Director of Development Engineering. You will play a vital role in enhancing stack performance and managing cross-functional collaborations with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams. Experience in product development will be crucial for optimizing processes and ensuring successful scalability to high-volume manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop process paradigms for improved stack performance
• Optimize processes using statistical analysis and DOEs
• Conduct failure analyses to support development
• Work with teams to develop new production equipment
• Create documentation for manufacturing transfers
Requirements:
