Role Description
Join a dynamic team as a Contractor Process Engineer in Fort McMurray, Alberta. This role entails a non-rotating 14x14 shift schedule focused on process optimization in an upgrader facility.
As a Contractor Process Engineer, you will leverage your expertise in daily process monitoring, optimization, and technical support within the upgrader operations. With a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience required, you will collaborate with multi-discipline engineers and ensure engineering deliverables adhere to design specifications and standards, all while supporting plant reliability and maintenance teams.
Key Responsibilities: • Monitor and optimize crude distillation and utilities processes • Develop Engineering Work Packages for upgrader MOCs • Collaborate with operations on process adjustments • Support incident investigations and documentation • Liaise with engineers and contractors for project engineering
