Role Purpose

Ensures the client group has the appropriate number and type of talent to execute the division's strategy and achieve business objectives. Guarantees the required levels of employee productivity and performance excellence to support the division's goals. Promotes a positive work environment and alignment with Corning's Values under the One Corning approach. Supports meeting or exceeding budget targets to achieve top-quartile performance while maintaining proper HR service delivery. Adjusts the scope and level of HR services based on the division's business needs and strategic priorities. Oversees the successful implementation of global HR processes within the client group.
