We Are Hiring: Manufacturing Process Specialist
Location: Bogotá, Barranquilla, Medellín, Bucaramanga
Schedule: Monday – Friday | ONSITE
Are you passionate about manufacturing operations, process optimization, and industrial engineering? We are looking for an analytical and detail oriented Industrial Engineer Analyst to join our team and support manufacturing process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze manufacturing process videos and production workflows.
- Conduct time and motion studies using methodologies such as MODAPTS/ModApps.
- Establish standard labor times and man hour calculations.
- Perform productivity audits and compare actual performance against established standards.
- Identify waste, inefficiencies, and non value-added activities within manufacturing operations.
