Procurement & Purchasing
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process for direct and indirect materials.
- Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with planning and warehouse teams.
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Supplier Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Evaluate and onboard new suppliers in coordination with quality and engineering teams.
- Monitor supplier performance (OTD, quality, responsiveness) and lead corrective actions when needed.
- Support supplier audits and compliance with company policies and standards.
Negotiation & Cost Control
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
- Track and report cost savings and procurement KPIs.
- Collaborate with finance to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
