Become a vital part of GE Vernova's North American team as a Procurement Specialist in Brossard, Quebec. Coordinate suppliers, manage purchase orders, and ensure project success across hydroelectric initiatives.
In this role, you will drive procurement processes by serving as the primary contact between project teams and subcontractors. With over three years of experience in purchasing order management, your goal is to uphold communication and execute efficient supplier coordination. Your responsibilities include managing purchase orders and escalating issues, ensuring the project stays on track.
Key Responsibilities:
• Place new purchase orders ensuring guideline compliance
• Lead Kick-Off meetings and track action items
• Ensure suppliers understand technical order requirements
• Follow-up on orders and maintain communication status
• Negotiate Terms and Conditions for construction contracts
Requirements:
• Technical education or related field experience
