Procurement Specialist (English & Portuguese) (Zapopan)

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist at our office in Guadalajara to join our Procurement team at Koch Global Services.

• Validate purchase requisitions and support urgent/emergency orders as a partner understanding of customer requirements.
• Provide training and support for customers.
• Work with procurement systems.
• Execute the procurement process.
• Place Purchase Orders (POs).
• Follow up on PO deliveries, PO closing, and other related activities.
• Support invoice resolution.
• Collaborate closely with the Sourcing Team and other capabilities.
• Support management initiatives.
• Ensure processes align with Procurement strategy.
• Follow strategy and policies set by Procurement.
• Work proactively with other capabilities to create superior value and meet Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) expectations.
