Role Description
Job Summary
The Quality Excellence leader is accountable for developing, improving and maintaining the strategic quality tools and deployment materials including Quality training and competence, the Quality Excellence Framework, the Aerospace Policy Management System and leading other key global strategic Quality initiatives to make an impact on GKN Aerospace performance.
Job Responsibilities
+ Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures to ensure product/service excellence
+ Conduct inspections, audits, and testing to verify compliance with internal standards and customer requirements
+ Identify defects or non-conformities, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
