Product Compliance Engineer, Americas Region

This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

We are seeking a Product Compliance Engineer for the Americas to manage hardware certification in the US, Canada, and Chile. Preferred candidates will have an engineering background and strong English communication skills. Responsibilities include collaborating with HPE business units, sales, trade associations, labs, regulators, and certification bodies; supporting compliance initiatives; handling purchase orders and budgets; and overseeing product safety, telecom, and security testing and certification. Candidates with experience in environmental laws (e.g., WEEE, Take Back, Circular Economy, Right to Repair) are highly desirable.
