Role Description
Lead product data excellence as a Product Data Lead at LGC, overseeing significant data workflows within ERP and PIM systems. Your role is crucial for maintaining high-quality standards in data management.
In this operationally focused position, you'll act as the primary SME for product data processes, supporting team members and managing product data tickets efficiently. Your responsibilities will include enhancing SOPs, conducting thorough quality checks, and delivering impactful training. By identifying and addressing gaps, you will enhance the overall efficiency of data operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as SME for Product Data processes and workflows
• Oversee ticket management and resolution prioritization
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accurate data handling
• Develop and improve operational documentation and training
• Collaborate across departments to solve Product Data issues
Requirements:
• Proven experience within ERP and PIM systems
