Product Design Lead - Latin America

As a Product Design Lead, you will drive the creation of innovative, user‑centered experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will oversee the end‑to‑end design process, from discovery and research to high‑fidelity execution and design system implementation. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will ensure designs meet user needs while aligning with strategic business objectives. Your role will involve mentoring junior designers, collaborating with developers, and representing the design vision to stakeholders. Accountabilities

• Lead and execute design activities throughout the software delivery lifecycle, including discovery, ideation, prototyping, and delivery.
