Role Description
What You'll Do
- Own design quality across your team's product areas for web and mobile. Guide designers through ambiguity, review work with a sharp eye, and ensure what ships is grounded in real user needs and built to a high standard.
- Lead and grow a team of 4-6 product designers. Run 1:1s, drive career growth, deliver clear feedback, and build a team culture where people do their best work. You'll be responsible for hiring, performance, and developing the next generation of design talent at MaintainX.
- Translate product strategy into focused design execution. Help your team understand not just what they're building, but why it matters. Set a clear, directional vision for your team's focus, rooted in customer understanding and business context.
