Role Description
Product Developer in Leading Bakery Food Manufacturer Our client, a leading bakery manufacturer in Etobicoke/Vaughan, is looking for a passionate and skilled Product Developer (Fillings, Icings & Whipped Cream) to lead the creation and optimization of innovative filling and decoration products for bakery, dessert and dairy applications.
Reporting to the VP Product Development and Regulatory Affairs, this role combines culinary creativity, food science expertise, and strong commercialization skills to deliver high‑quality, consumer‑preferred products from concept to launch.

Develop new fillings, whipped toppings and cream‑based products aligned with consumer trends and customer needs.
Translate ideas into prototypes, ensuring desired taste, texture, stability and functionality.
