Product Management Officer

We’re looking for an experienced PMO (Product Management Officer) to lead and scale a centralized Project Management Office (PMO) across enterprise initiatives.

This is a senior-level role focused on governance, portfolio management, and executive visibility —not project delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage the centralized PMO function across multiple programs
• Establish and enforce PMO governance frameworks, standards, and best practices
• Drive portfolio management , including prioritization and strategic alignment
• Implement structured project intake frameworks and demand management processes
• Oversee resource capacity planning across the portfolio
• Build and present executive dashboards, KPIs, and portfolio-level reporting
• Track risks, dependencies, financials, and overall portfolio health
