We are looking for a high-impact Product Manager to lead digital onboarding and acquisition journeys across retail banking products. The role involves end-to-end ownership of customer journeys, strong regulatory and technical understanding, and driving measurable improvements in funnel performance and customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Onboarding Ownership

  • Lead design and enhancement of onboarding journeys for SA, Credit Cards, and cross-sell products.
  • Ensure intuitive, low-friction, mobile & web-compatible experiences.
  • Partner with design to deliver clear, user-friendly flows.

2. Funnel Optimization

  • Own KPIs from lead → KYC → verification → activation.
