WHAT'S THE ROLE
The Product Delivery Manager serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring that product requirements are clearly understood, translated into effective solutions, and successfully delivered. This role provides product domain expertise to support the implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of products aligned with organizational policies, processes, and strategic initiatives. The manager collaborates closely with business analysts, architects, project managers, and developers to manage requirements, guide solution design, and ensure quality delivery using Agile or Scrum methodologies and standards such as eTOM. Additionally, the role involves communicating progress and solutions to business leaders, promoting best practices, supporting training when necessary, and ensuring that delivered solutions generate meaningful business impact.
